Number one HABIT

Breathing & praying are LIFE to me and my most important & #1 habit would be PRAYER while being aware of my breath at the same time ! ( Okay so that might technically be two … but I will put them together as one & recommend you do as WELL. )

Without breath we are not alive physically ~ but HOW ALIVE we feel depends on our breath and there is so much we need to learn & unlearn .

The book Breath by James Nestor & the teachings of Patrick McKeown have been SO beneficial to me that I recommend them to all .

For example : DID YOU KNOW that the Native American Grandmas & Moms would check the infants to make sure their mouths were closed when sleeping & close them if they were not?

THERE ARE MANY LOST REMEDIES that are coming back as science catches up with the Bible ( See Gen 2:7)

FOR NOW and /or & until you check them out~~` just laugh MORE and or go for a daily walk TO BREATH MORE & listen to nature talk which can be a way of how Creator speaks to us I have found ~ we all sleep better when we walk & talk daily with our Creator In Creation !

The hospital is full of shallow breathers ~ may we not become one of them I pray.

(often disease is caused because of stress and how one deals or does not deal with stress )

To be spiritually alive is to be connected thru prayer with our Creator about all of life including our stresses.

Our Father in Heaven who gives us breath & life both physical & spiritual will give us answers if we listen because He cares! 1 Peter 5:7  Let GOD have all your worries and cares, for he is always thinking about you and watching everything that concerns you.

My prayer is that we all will BREATH WELL & PRAY continually TO BE WHOLE ~ so that our body, soul & spirit can soar above all the earthly pressures & trials and we can bring heaven to earth ~ with JOY , PEACE & right~living ONE LAUGH & PRAYER AT A TIME ~ more easily able to share kindness & love to all .

MAY WE FULLY ENJOY THIS PRECIOUS GIFT OF LIFE WE ARE GIVEN DAILY !

May our hearts be FULL OF WONDER THIS WEEK LIKE A CHILD ~ laughing & learning & perhaps even skipping again and /or humming or singing ( some of the greatest health & stress relievers and NO COST even ~ money back guaranteed ! )

When is the last time you skipped or hummed ? Get a friend or a neighbor to join you & you’ll both be giggling & feeling younger together ~ PERHAPS EVEN START A CLUB ? !

LET’S BE FULLY ALIVE ~~ like a child yet not childish ~ knowing we are FULLY KNOWN & FULLY LOVED

FOR WE ARE MADE BY LOVE TO GIVE & RECEIVE LOVE ~

AS A MOTHER & GRANMA of many that is my truth & I am sticking with it ~ and IT WORKS FOR ME even in the most stressful situations including deathbeds & traumatic events. BREATHING & PRAYING ARE VITAL ! I have buried two sons & a marriage after 33 years among other tragedies.

PRAYER works for me with no bad side effects ~ What works for you ?

WHAT IS YOUR ONE HABIT that makes everything else work better for your day & life ?

FOR ME IT IS BEING AWARE OF MY BREATH AS I PRAY WITH A GRATEFUL HEART TO MY GOD & OUR FATHER IN HEAVEN NO MATTER WHAT I have learned to Trust & just keep breathing while talking to & listening for HEAVEN’S voice & reading the Bible as if it was a love letter daily just for me & you ~which it is !

I AM PRAYING FOR YOU NOW TO TAKE A LONG SLOW STEADY BREATH LIFTING UP YOUR HANDS TO RELEASE ALL THE TENSION WITH A THANK YOU LOOKING UP IN YOUR MINDS EYE & A LISTENING HEART TO GOD FOR THAT BREATH ~ MAY YOU HEAR THE VOICE OF HEAVEN & RECEIVE THE LOVE THAT IS BEING WHISPERED TO YOU EVEN NOW AS I WRITE THIS ….

AHHH…. and HUG YOURSELF 3 times LONG & STRONG ~ ending with a little tickle & a neck rub? !!

May you have a blessed day & night more than usual seeing all the WONDER ~ with

SWEET HEALING DREAMS TO YOU & me too

& ALL ~~

AND MAY WE ALL WAKE RESTED & REFRESHED & EXCITED TO LIVE & SHARE JOY WITH SOMEONE ALONG WITH HEAVENLY PEACE ….

Sun ny~ Son~ SHINE time~~ Vitamin D *LIGHT

lighburstSun…REAL SUN is SO healing! ESPECIALLY WHEN THERE IS SICKNESS & VIRUSES & STRESSES AROUND OR INSIDE US !!!…FEAR & LACK OF EXERCISE IN THE SUN ARE THE WORST ILLNESS CAUSES !!! GET OUTSIDE ~ LOOK UP & GIVE THANKS FOR THE SUN even if is behind the clouds or RAIN …THE HEALING RAYS OF SUN COMES THRU TO US ANYWAY …believe it or not …THERE IS LIGHT BEHIND THE STORM & CLOUDS ALWAYS !!!

Time in the sun is SO healthy, CONTRARY to popular opinion!

Sun shine actually bursts cancer cells because of the Vitamin D…

Most Americans are Vitamin D deficient because they have believed the lies of the commercials and the people that make money on sun screens …ect….

Start SLOW though…and keep your skin lubricated with water and/ or healthy oils inside and out! Everything in moderation and balance of course.

IT is actually the garbage ( including sun screens that we put on our skin …put in our mouth and put in our mind that causes most of the cancers!)

The SUN in the sky reminds me of the Creator SON who made it!

So SON time is essential as well …to me EVEN MORE essential than SUN time~!!!

Talking to GOD the Father through Jesus ~Y’Shua, His SON thanks to a “motherly” HOLY SPIRIT speaking back to me in that still small voice~ especially when I have a listening heart to hear….

through nature…the BIBLE especially …or music and the many mysterious ways I hear THE SON speaking to me. HE IS THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD and LIGHTS UP MY LIFE…MY shepherd ( psalm 23) and BESTEST FRIEND…guiding me…blessing me…bursting my sin~cells…ways that are not healthy for me!

It is just like a family to me…my relationship to the Creator varies just like the weather!

SOME days I see and FEEL crystal clearly and hear the SON just like the Sun in the sky ~

I know HE IS ALWAYS present though clouds and storms may cover the visibility.

No matter the weather I still try to get outside daily because I know the Sun’s healing rays are still getting through to me . I still keep talking to the SON and the Father no matter if my life is EASY or CHALLENGING…ALL IS WELL when I stay in the SON SHINE and keep my focus up!

Sun glasses are USUALLY not necessary or healthy for you either.

I have RARELY and I mean RARELY worn sunglasses in my whole life since I was warned as a teen about the dangers of sun glasses causing arthritis among other things!

Plus I LIKE to see YOUR EYES…the window to the soul:-)  Ask GOD for the HOLY SPIRIT to come inside you to be your internal sun shine and nourisher and you will SEE what I mean and feel the warmth of an amazing love and power like NOTHING ELSE!!! YOU can not hide the true SON~ light!

back to your body…

Your skin is the  largest organ and should be treated oh so carefully as it is a gateway to your inside! I lean towards putting only on my skin what I could and would eat and SEEK THE BEST!!!

Coconut oil IS the best basic all around skin nourisher along with olive oil, grapeseed oil or avocado oil but I usually choose to use coconut oil (which is often more like the consistancy of butter depending on the weather ) because of it’s versatility, cost and amazing properties besides soaking in quite quickly.

PURE VIRGIN ORGANIC COCONUT Oil is one of the best amazing FOODS… ( see products section under Body category for where I like to get my favorite SUPER FOODS in BULK quantities for best quality and price) unless I just go to Trader Joe’s!

( my favorite recipes include coconut oil as well )

Best replacement for butter I have found~ YUMMY!

i.e.  : Coco~ Cacao Sun treats!

mix equal parts of coconut oil in a bowl or plastic bag with raw honey and raw powdered cacao

next roll into balls with or without  shredded coconut  and/ or  Hemp , SUN flower or other seeds  for quick & super healthy ANTIOXIDANT chocolate ~like treats

that are GOOD for you~keeping you healthy from inside out)

add nuts , seeds, dried fruit or unsweetened coconut as extra options … and make extra to share for that PICNIC in the

SUN shine…..

and please pass the coconut~screen and the coco~treats all around!

Make it a SON ny Sun shiny DAY!

Attitude determines….

EVERY…thing….every one ….especially YOU and ME!!!

ALTITUDE is determined by attitude!

When I was in the diaper stage of raising & nurturing my wonderful  children and especially when my 4 boys came along in a row after 4 girls, I loved the quote that I pasted on the bathroom mirror ( mostly to remind me! ha!)

R RESPONSE is R RESPONSIBILITY…..

we ARE able to choose our response in every given moment and situation…if we prepare !

you choose the attitude because we often can not choose our circumstances in life ….STORMS AND phone calls happen… WE RESPOND WITH OUR attitude and hopefully and prayerfully with PRACTICE it is a good one and the best one for the moment!!!

Preparation:

*Pray on awakening asking for Divine help !

Start your day with a grateful heart to GOD our Father in Heaven counting your blessings        and singing praise to the CREATOR and the Spirit

*Meditate on a verse from your daily Bible reading… when we meditate all day on GOD’s TRUTH it changes our attitude to HIS…( one hour a week will NOT do much!)

replace stinkin’ THINKIN’  with a GRATITUDE ATTITUDE….!!!! pretty please!

now that’s cool dude!

*CHOOSE TO SMILE each morning ( what a natural face lift and mood changer for YOU and EVERYONE around you….!) YOU actually determine the weather forecast for those in your presence including yourself….yes lighten UP SMILE and LAUGH (for more see my laughter blog too)… ~ graceanne

An Intimate Message From God to You
