Writers like to play with words and when we study languages we learn even more about the depth & meaning of words and it enriches our lives.
When we are full of thanks and count our blessings we can not help but be joy ~full.
GRAPE~FULL to me means to be Full of GRATITUDE & JOY!
And wine in the Bible represents JOY just like the Holy Spirit. Since I do not drink alcohol except on very rare occasions ~ I find it fascinating to see the similarity in and out of the Bible about “being under the influence” of good and not so good things!
The Holy Spirit fills us with JOY even in circumstances that would normally be dreary or sad, similar to alcohol but with no “hang over”.
This Thanksgiving, I am most thankful for the time I got to spend with my children & grandchildren recently since they are living long distances away from me and I AM thankful for the HOLY SPIRIT enabling me
to stay JOY~filled when I am missing them and the many that I loved that have departed from this earthly & physical existence. I now, for the past year live the town that my dad loved & died in 23 years ago and my mother also died 20 years ago after moving back to Germany. I also miss other relatives, including my first born son, whose mission on earth was completed in just one week!
I am amazed by the gift of comfort their deaths have gifted me with for others & myself thanks to the HOLY SPIRIT OF JESUS CHRIST & GOD THE FATHER !
Be COMFORTED by the BEST COMFORTER EVER ~ THE HOLY SPIRT !
JUST ASK GOD, OUR FATHER and BELIEVE THAT WE WILL BE GIVEN JUST WHAT WE NEED ~ JUST WHEN WE NEED IT….THEN WE ALL CAN BE ÜBER THANKFUL TOGETHER~ BRINGING THE KINGDOM COME ON EARTH as it IS IN HEAVEN!
A KINGDOM OF GRACE & TRUTH & PERPETUAL REST & THANKS~ LIVING & LOVING!

If you do not have family close by or still living , consider helping out at a thanksgiving gathering in your town. Last year, I was so blessed to go to 5 different ones & welcome strangers as if they were Jesus…and Guess WHAT ….?….
Jesus said , ” …I was hungry and you fed me… I was thirsty & YOU GAVE ME WATER…
I recommend giving directly to the needy yourself and you will get to see lives be transformed. Spending time hearing the stories of the people that we pass in our daily lives & being prepared with a smile, a kind word and some food to share will bless you more than you would ever imagine.

THE SMILE on my face is the thrill of a water birth at home after hours of labor & laughter to bring forth our last son! My 12 year old daughter, ( still an amazing photographer!)took
this photo at the moment of my last of 10 births ( 8 are still living on this earth).
Anything worthwhile takes effort & even a certain amount of pain to learn to breath with & through to manage life well. I got very good at practicing breathing with my many births
( the last 5 at home !)
Life IS about taking DEEP BREATHS FOR LIFE!
It is the first & most important principle of good health~
all three aspects of good health: BODY ~ SOUL~ SPIRIT BREATHING!
AND DEEP BELLY LAUGHTER COVERS ALL THREE ASPECTS WHEN DONE PROPERLY!
TODAY my oldest son would have turned 26 ~ but sadly Luke Henry Clifford was sang into
Jesus arms & heavenly peace at the only 1 week old as his father & I wept and began the grieving process that only someone having lost a child can understand.
Doctors misdiagnosed several times the “problem” pregnancy and ultimately GOD had different plans for our precious & beloved first born son.
ONLY GOD can give the peace that I experienced at those critical moments when the world
seemed to be falling apart .
GOD has carried me & guided me and I THANK GOD DAILY for the gifts I learned during
Luke’s short life AND death and though I miss him dearly, I am SO GRATEFUL for the GIFT OF
LIFE & DEATH because GOD IS NOT ONLY WITH ME BUT IN ME.
ASK GOD TO SHOW YOU THE WAY.

I had SUCH A GRAND birthday that I decided to stay 7 on the inside and just keep reliving that summer of welcoming strangers into my world of dance & joy ~just like children do !

At an accident what is the first thing to check the victims for?
ANSWER : BREATHING
~are you breathing shallow or DEEPLY & ~health~FULLY~ and even JOY~fully? ~
That is of utmost importance in an emergency or when having a baby or ANY GREAT LIFE EVENT~ for ALL involved. KEEP EVERYONE BREATHING!!!
In daily living it is NO DIFFERENT actually, because breathing is KEY to all of health~ THE LIFE IS IN THE BLOOD and the blood would not be ALIVE without OXYGEN! ( see the other breathing blogs please)
A person is not considered living if the Spirit is gone out ~ the breath stops. Of course we can be artificially kept alive physically ~ mouth to mouth or a tube….SO SIMILAR TO PRAYER….those that can not or will not pray for themselves do certainly have someone else praying for them. WILL YOU JOIN US AND START BREATHING for yourself and others? AND I DO NOT MEAN SHALLOW prayers….that is like a shallow breath or a shallow laugh…. half~ heart~ed~ ly….truly PATHETIC!
Prayer is simply talking to the CREATOR ! Open your mouth and ask ~ are you there? …..and then LISTEN WITH YOUR HEART…..YOU WILL HEAR AN ANSWER…not necessarily the way you think because GOD is a SPIRIT and “speaks ” in a variety of ways…
BE PREPARED FOR LOTS OF LOVE and a little correction if you are doing something damaging to yourself or others! That is TRUE love ~ wanting the BEST for you ~ offering advice when asked and letting you choose.
I CHOOSE LIFE AND GOD’S ways ….which means there are safe boundaries for me & those I interact with. It is a learning process. Speaking our truth with love .
Saying no to unsafe & unhealthy environments & people to be as safe & healthy as best as we can. AH,we need deep breaths & the serenity prayer. WISDOM from above!
LET’S BE VIBRANTLY ALIVE ~~~ THRIVING ON DEEP BREATHS AND PRAYERS…THAT is why exercise and meditation are so popular…. and they have some benefit …BUT NOTHING CAN SURPASS THE PEACE OF GOD’S HOLY SPIRIT THROUGH DEEP BREATHS OF THE SON OF GOD JESUS CHRIST THE LORD and THE HOLY SPIRIT !!! THAT IS MY TRUTH~~~ GO AHEAD & CHALLENGE ME ON THAT ONE! enlighten me further IF YOU CAN~~~~GOD IS MY VERY BREATH OF LIFE …MOMENT BY PRECIOUS MOMENT…GUIDING ME TO ALL THE ANSWERS I NEED OFTEN THROUGH NATURE….our GOD GIVEN GIFT OF THAT STILL SMALL VOICE WE CALL …INTUITION…AND EVEN YOU QUITE OFTEN~~~~!!!!BUT WE MUST BE STILL…turn off distractions…like FAKE~ BOOK and T.V. the internet~ spider web….etc….these are all great tools that are controlling way to many & robbing them of true & inner peace. CONTROL THEM OR THEY WILL CONTROL YOU…SELF ~ CONTROL is something we ALL NEED to reach for and practice with help. A deep breath is where it ALL starts~ asking GOD FOR HELP ( first!) and others as GOD leads…one prayer~and one breath at a time.
WHAT kind of air we breath is a LIFE & death matter. IT IS VITAL!!!
FORtunately, I have the RARE gift of being EXTREMELY sensitive to ALL SMELLS & things good & bad….TOXIC & HEALING….yes every breath we take matters. In a freshly painted house your whole body is compromised….why do they post cancer warning signs at gas stations because of the fumes….ALL these “smells” that most do not PAY any ATTENTION to, are affecting us all and the little children, pets & bees especially.
Stopping to smell the roses turns out to be one of the MOST amazing preventative cures!
SO, to make it much easier for us all ….there is an AMAZING company of essential oils in glass bottles for such a time as this ……

SO do breath deeply and please stop & smell the roses and then spread the healing fragrance of the
“ROSE OF SHARON” with those you live with, know & greet….
” fresh wild rose petals are the most healing fragrance in the world & the best t.p. on a hike too….tee hee!”

When I was in the diaper stage of raising & nurturing my wonderful children and especially when my 4 boys came along in a row after 4 girls, I loved the quote that I pasted on the bathroom mirror ( mostly to remind me! ha!)
R RESPONSE is R RESPONSIBILITY…..
we ARE able to choose our response in every given moment and situation…if we prepare !
you choose the attitude because we often can not choose our circumstances in life ….STORMS AND phone calls happen… WE RESPOND WITH OUR attitude and hopefully and prayerfully with PRACTICE it is a good one and the best one for the moment!!!
Preparation:
*Pray on awakening asking for Divine help !
Start your day with a grateful heart to GOD our Father in Heaven counting your blessings and singing praise to the CREATOR and the Spirit
*Meditate on a verse from your daily Bible reading… when we meditate all day on GOD’s TRUTH it changes our attitude to HIS…( one hour a week will NOT do much!)
replace stinkin’ THINKIN’ with a GRATITUDE ATTITUDE….!!!! pretty please!

*CHOOSE TO SMILE each morning ( what a natural face lift and mood changer for YOU and EVERYONE around you….!) YOU actually determine the weather forecast for those in your presence including yourself….yes lighten UP SMILE and LAUGH (for more see my laughter blog too)… ~ graceanne
