GOOD THOUGHTS OF YOU
That is what God would say to you and me!
What do you say to yourself & others?
What does your heart say?
Your heart is what REALLY matters for what you THINK ABOUT MOST
IS WHAT YOU WILL BECOME.
WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT?
WHAT DO You feed your mind first thing in the morning & last thing at night?
THINK ABOUT IT and make proper adjustments if you want a different or more
positive GOOD outcome & GOOD attitude.
HOW about starting with GRATITUDE?
How grateful I am for the many good things in my life.
The ability to CHOOSE MY ATTITUDE each moment.
The gift of LIFE and breath and connections with nature & people.
A healthy body ,rarely dis~eased especially after years of pain & symtoms.
I make GOOD choices for HEALTH & LIFE ! Daily & hourly ~ Most importantly
DWELLING or meditating on GOD’S GOOD THOUGHTS OF ME!
I AM LOVED
MADE BY LOVE
TO GIVE & RECEIVE LOVE
PEACEFULLY!

A FRIEND TO ALL

I was worried about you….It’s been awhile ….it’s good to see that your up and operational again….Stay safe….:)
Hello Gary!
I AM ALWAYS IN GOD’S HANDS AND TRUSTING FOR THE BEST
I LIVE IN PEACE BECAUSE I TRUST GOD FOR MY PEACE
AND NO ONE ELSE…
I gave up worrying LONG AGO and I recommend YOU ALL DO TOO!
TRADE WORRYING FOR PRAYER ASAP!
Prayer has NO SIDE EFFECTS
EXCEPT PEACE!
Worrying side effects:
TENSION, LACK OF SLEEP, LACK OF HEALTH …unless
you like warts,ulcers,headaches and WORSE…..
TRY PRAYER~ I THINK YOU WILL LIKE IT.
WHEN YOU CAN’T SLEEP ~ DON’T JUST COUNT SHEEP
TALK TO THE GOOD SHEPHERD!
AND READ THE GOOD BOOK
IT IS OUR ONLY TRUE GUIDE !
gratefully
grace Aunt Ruth
Yes, our attitudes are a moment by moment choice. Jesus gives me hope for the future, and for the moment, even though sometimes I need to be reminded, haha (like my dear husband did the other day! ) I’m grateful for you dear Friend and how you reflect God’s love and remind yourself and others like me of how there is always Hope. I like the saying “the story isn’t over” as I pray for loved ones and our world.
