BREATH….just

breath…

sounds so basic but we often just forget

especially if we were never taught to breath DEEPLY….

try this ….

EXHALE FULLY FIRST…and some more…really shoot out your air…

NOW take a full DEEP and even DEEPER breath!

WOW…you are standing taller and thinking clearer with JUST ONE DEEP breath…

do a few more of those and you will remember that you are thirsty…not hungry…

go grab some water …stay HYDRATED…( more on that later..)

NOW your body is ready to MOVE~ stretch….see how it all starts with BREATHING

one breath at a time….one prayer at a time…

that IS LIFE !

the hospital is FULL of shallow breathers….do not become one of them if you can help it

the church is FULL of shallow pray~ers!….do not be one of these either  PLEASE!!!

every part of your body …each brain cell needs Oxygen …pure clean air…and prayer

SO BREATH….! and PRAY  deeply …often and LOVE LIVING one breath at a time…

by the way laughing, rejoySINGing & dancing are great for deep breathing ( for more…see my section on Laughter!)
